Zwaardvis Music is an Eindhoven based booking agency for concerts and international touring. Started up as an agency with a strong focus on the Dutch music scene, they have expanded their activities towards the Western part of Continental Europe. Zwaardvis Music always make sure that the interests and objectives of the artists and venues they're working with take centre stage. They convert ideas into great shows and make sure all aspects towards, during and after those shows are taken care of the right way.
Realizing that a well thought-out strategy is the key to success in these times of enormous demand and even greater supply, they invest time in planning out careers of the artists they work for and make sure that the shows they book match the venue's objectives. Therefore they work with a tasteful and compact selection of artists that make sure public, artists and venues get what they deserve: great shows.
Zwaardvis Music is also organiser of Dutch Chili Fest. Dutch Chili Fest is the only Dutch festival completely dedicated to the chili pepper. A versatile (vegetable-like) fruit that can set your mouth on fire and tear through you like an inferno, but can also sometimes taste unexpectedly sweet. This tribute to the hot pepper translates into a day filled with spicy food and a variety of entertainment. Zwaardvis Music is een Eindhoven’s boekingskantoor dat shows en tours organiseert voor bands en solo-artiesten uit binnen- en buitenland. Zwaardvis Music denkt altijd in het belang van de artiesten en de podia waar voor het werkt. We laten ons niet louter leiden door wensen van de grotere managers uit de USA en UK, wiens belangen daar niet altijd volledig op aansluiten. In nauw overleg en met een lange termijn visie worden de juiste acts aan de juiste speelplekken gekoppeld, met aandacht voor alle aspecten - van pakweg de productionele tot de promotionele - en die indachtig deze filosofie allemaal even belangrijk zijn.
Te allen tijde zijn we bereid een stapje extra te zetten voor muzikant en programmeur. Het hanteren van een doordachte strategie is volgens ons noodzakelijke werkwijze in een tijd waarin de enorme vraag en het nog grotere aanbod een nauwkeurige afstemming vergen. Om die reden zal Zwaardvis Music nooit een onoverzichtelijk groot roster opbouwen, maar altijd blijven werken met een kleine doch zorgvuldig samengestelde selectie aan acts. Op die manier krijgen alle partijen - podium, artiest en publiek - de aandacht die ze volgens de visie van Zwaardvis Music verdienen.
Zwaardvis Music organiseert ook Dutch Chili Fest. Dutch Chili Fest is het enige Nederlandse festival dat geheel in het teken staat van de chilipeper. Een veelzijdig vruchtgroente die je in vuur en vlam kan zetten, maar soms ook onverwachts zoet kan smaken. Deze ode aan dit pikante pepertje vertaalt zich in een dag vol spicy eten en ander soortig vermaak. Professionals en amateurs bieden hun heet gepeperde producten aan op de markt, er zijn wedstrijden om te bepalen wie de grootste portie pittigheid aankan, er is cutting edge music en natuurlijk een uitgebreid aanbod van lekker eten.
